Michael Cross

Michael has a passion for aged care, hospital and community health services.  Serving as Managing Director and CEO for the Aegis Group since 2002, Aegis is the largest provider of quality residential aged care in Western Australia with 3200 beds in 30 Facilities.  The extension of this service experience and unwavering focus on premium care in a first-class environment, has led to the establishment of new hospital surgical and mental health services for patients in Western Australia, contributing to the reduction of pressure on public hospital capacity.  Prior to Aegis, Michael’s career positions have included extensive senior investment banking and finance roles in Australia and overseas.
